Very warm welcome. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of opportunity to browse without feeling pressured.

The staff were very attentive and allowed us time to try out the products - when we needed time to talk we were left alone which doesn't always happen in sales. Staff offered us drinks and advice and were genuinely helpful

from stepping into the store to leaving - i was dealt with by joe and he answered all my question and sorted me out with the right mattress for me and also from walking into the store i had picked my bed paid and had it delivered withing 3 hours - that certainly is a good experience and fantastic customer service . i will deinately recommend you again . may thanks

Upon entering the store we were greated almost amidiatly and then left for a few minutes to browse and then a college asked us what we were looking for in particular. She was very helpful in dscribing the products and introduced us to offers available which included the '3 for 2' offer. The lady spent time with us when placing my order and ensured that I knew all terms and conditions I was signing to. The store has a lovely feel and we were offered a drink and biscuits when we were placing the order. The cleanliness of the store is immaculate and has an overall lovely apprence. I would defiantly be coming again when I need to.

told Joe the assistant what we were looking for and he explained the pillow options and helped us to choose the right pillows for us in a very friendly and efficient way
