Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

When I went in the store, assistance was offered straight away. I knew what I wanted to look at, the assistant (Javaid) showed me the products I was after. I looked at some alternatives to confirm my selection in my mind. The paperwork was done and finance sorted. It took about 30 mins from entrance to exit. Javaid also helped me with an amendment to my order and has kept me up to date since. I am now just waiting for the order to arrive in about 3 weeks.

I was warmly welcomed into the store and then left to look round without pressure. When I needed information, Javaid was at hand and was knowledgeable and helpful. Other staff were also pleasant and made us coffee while we ordered our purchases. Having just visited Benson's next door, this was a pleasure - no hard sell, time to browse and pleasantness at all times.

Jab aid, the customer assistant was extremely helpful and took time to understand the bed we wanted with the mattress before making product recommendations. There was no pressure to buy and we felt at ease in the store.

We got exactly what we were looking for with staff that are friendly, knowledgeable & not pushy at all.

Javaid the salesman was not pushy unlike other stores, arranged swift payment and ordering. He also told us the best mattress type and recommended a matching headboard. He also threw in free delivery which made me more inclined to order writhin 5minutes!

Jo was helpful and knowledgable with wharfs to the product. We weren't kept waiting and were dealt with in a friendly but professional manner.

Javaid was ver knowledgeable, advised what I needed and in pointed me in the right direction, not pushy at all. Excellent service would definately shop again and recommend

The staff at the store were very helpful & knowledgeable about the products without been pushy.

I was met and greeted with a 'good morning' from Helen - you don't always get this greeting in stores - so that was nice. Helen's knowledge was fantastic and she was very willing to spend as much time with me as I wanted going through all the payment options that I asked for. There was no 'pushy' sales technique as I encountered on an earlier visit by a different member of staff who rudely asked me why I wasn't purchasing the item that day. The only thing missing was a coffee machine!
