Staff were very welcoming and help pick out the perfect bed. All promotions were explained fully and staff were not pushy. Offer drinks while we placed our order and the staff member really seemed to care and create a great relationship with us.

We had no idea what we wanted when we walked in the store. We found Helen (292) to be extremely helpful and friendly, including her other colleagues in the store. We were given advice on the best beds for us and she was in no way pushy in her sales technique. Helen left the decision to us and we would like to thank her for all her help :)

Hayley at the leeds crown point store was amazing, the lady who bought the matress uses a wheelchair and Hayley was very patient and understanding of maureens needs. Drinks were offered on multiple occasions and the toliet facilities were offered. Very clean store with great social distancing.

Your staff is so helpful they were pushing and calming down our baby while we were testing the mattress.
