Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Having never bought a bed before, we looked round a couple of bed shops to buy one for the new house. The lady who assisted us was very friendly and helpful explaining the different products that were available and recommending items which would be suitable for us.

Jude was very helpful, the whole process was simple and stress free. I spent more money than I would've liked but I'm a women these things happen!! Looking forward to getting delivery date and my new bed arriving, will defiantly recommend Dreams and will go to dreams first before the likes of bensons etc etc

The Consultant Bev was very good with the information, but we did not feel pressured in any way by her, it was nice not to have a pushy in your face sales advisor. She made it clear she was interested in us and not about the sale

Chris was fab, excellent product knowledge without a pushy sales approach. I was comfortable asking questions and given to which I was given honest answers and he even made me a cup of tea!

I got expert help and assistance and there was a great choice in the type of mattress I was interested in. I was hoping the mattress would have been included in the sale which is was prompted me to go into store. I was assured that the mattress was discounted although it didn't indicate there was any discount on the ticket. The assistant did however give me some extras for free.

Very good sales lady who couldn't have been more helpful taking all my needs into account and answering all my questions.
