Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Javaid the store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and as we were very unsure of what we wanted when it came to mattresses he gave us all the information we needed to make a choice. He was very helpful without being too pushy and we both felt very comfortable with the information he gave us.

Could not find any faults.Sales person Jude explained every thing.

When entering the Leeds Crown Point store we were greeted with a good morning, we had time to walk around before a salesman approached us - Bernie was very helpful, knowledgeable and had the right amount of banter to make me want to purchase my bed from Dreams.

The assistant was very friendly and had a great knowledge on what was being sold. Wasn't pushy and gave a lot of time to help find the product we were looking for

To start with when we entered the store we wasn't pestered, we was given time to have a look around without been approached. After a good 10 minutes of us looking around we approached the man who first said hello to us and he was really polite. Offered us drinks, and just asked what type of bed we are looking for. I had the bed on my phone what I saved from online and he expained that they don't have everything in store as they do online and he can show me a bed what's in my price range and the same bed but better. Turns out the bed was cheaper too as it was on offer. So very satisfied with that. Then once we decided on the bed he gave us enough time to lay on the bed and make sure the bed was was comfy enough. Then once we was ready to pay we approached him again and the process of putting it all through was great! The man Bernie was so friendly and just actually knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. The only problem is the delivery, the earliest available appointment is on the 22nd of sept. That's 3 weeks waiting for the bed. But apart from that everything was amazing. Am just looking forward to my new bed now.

We went in to look at a specific product we had seen on the website but we where not happy with the quality. We told the assistant what we would like and we where then shown a number of products as different packages which where of high quality. All our queries where answered and the assistant had good knowledge of all the products. We got a high quality product that met all our requirements.

very helpfull ,asked the right questions to show us the mattress to replace the old mattress. showed us two products to suit us .
