I was highly satisfied with my experience because I came to Dreams wanting to buy the atherton bed but I didn't know which mattress to go for. Javaid helped me choose the right one for me, giving me his knowledge and personal experience. He explained there was a bank holiday sale on and I feel I got my new bed for a good price.

Went to Dreams to purchase a sofa bed, seen online. The assistant showed us the sofa bed demonstrating efficiently and then talked with us about our requirements and room sized and reason for purchase. Having established it was a matter of comfort associated with the sofa bed already owned she suggested a sensible alternative securing a purchase, saving us money and satisfying our need for improved comfort. We would have purchased the bed and were saved from having to do so by an excellent assistant!
