Very good all round customer experience.

The staff listened to our needs and tried to match what we wanted within our price range. No pressure was place on us and we were left to brouse without feeling we were being watched.

Joseph was there as soon as we entered the store I told what I was looking for and he showed me what was available in my price range .Every thing was carried out in a friendly and efficient way .I would shop there again .

Helen was lovely very patient and helpful, a most enjoyable shopping experience with a cup of tea and lots of advice. she was more like a friend than sales person and I will definitely come back, thank you Helen!

We came to the store looking for a new mattress and fell in love with the tv bed after javaid gave us all the information and paul had made us a cup of tea we headed home to measure up we called back the day after to purchase and javaid was serving a customer and looked up to see us waiting and greeted us by our names and paul was on the upper level and said hello again once again we were offered a drink and sat to do the order these two members of staff are a credit to your company and gave us the best customer experience i have had in years not pushy just helping to choose what is best for your customers we are due to move to a bigger house soon and will be requiring another two beds and there is only one place i will be going to purchase them congratulations guys on a superb customer experience you should be very proud of how you do business

I was welcomed upon entering the store by Jude at the leeds crown point showroom, I was asked about my visit to the store and my requirements. I was then offered tea/coffee and then Jude took me straight to the bed I had enquired about. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, efficient ordering process. I did think after spending £1100 on a bed and £50 on assembly that the delivery would be free and a little quicker than the near 3 week wait. Overall very satisfied and would certainly recommend and return myself.

the sales assistant was very friendly helped me to get the right bed for my needs also recommended using the correct pillow while testing which was something that i would not have thought of

We were offered a drink and help if we needed it. The assistant, Jude, was professional but not 'pushy'. When we decided what we wanted Jude first checked availability for us then and only then did she go ahead with the order when we were satisfied with delivery dates.
