The service that Jude gave us was excellent. It was quite a while since we had bought a new mattress but she explained everything to us in a straightforward way. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She gave excellent customer service.

The sales assistant gave the correct amount of time viewing before approaching us. Was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful not too pushy and explained all options available. Even the usual extras ( warenty etc) were explained but not forced upon us. I hate shopping but would use this store again if needing a new bed.

The staff were welcoming but not over powering. We were given the time to view the beds on show without a member of staff following us around. We were offered refreshments both when browsing and also when placing our order. When we needed assistance a member of staff was on hand to offer it and was very knowledgeable. Answered all the questions we had an did not apply any pressure when we advised that we would return once we had given some thought as to whether to purchase the bed or not. In fact we went to the store next door and returned within 10 minutes to purchase the bed.

I got memory foam bed in colour which I liked

We were on a very tight schedule to get a bed for relatives that were visiting from abroad . The bed we chose was not available for 2/3 weeks which was no good to us but the staff rang around and after long consultations one was found in the warehouse and was delivered within a week much to our great satisfaction.

Helen at Crown Point, Leeds was wonderful. She spend all the time I needed to sort out my best options and appeared totally knowledgeable regarding the stock. You felt she was on the customers side and went above and beyond expectations of a salesperson. She was happy to check and recheck details, even when I couldn't decide and kept changing my mind. A pleasure to deal with and I even bought £400 of extra items from your store because of her.

Sales lady was very helpful without being pushy and she knew the products.

The Sales rep Bernard was very friendly and helpful and the layout of the store made it easy to see all the products.

Staff were very helpful. Spent a lot of time with us and gave us lots of information about each products. Checked availability for different items and made my mum a cup of tea
