The staff had excellent product knowledge and didn't feel like pushy salesmen like in other stores such as Benson's.

Sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy. Gave us plenty of time to look round without looking over our shoulder yet always ready to help when we had any questions.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and was very helpful, there was no rush and I was able to take my time to consider my purchase. She was very friendly and put me at ease.

Friendly staff with the knowledge to help us buy the correct bed without being `pushy` Dis appointed with the delivery price thought £39 .99 was rather excessive for a straight forward delivery of a mattress !!!

Jude was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She encouraged us to try out various mattresses so that we could compare how they felt. When we came to leave it was pouring with rain and we had left our car a distance away. She made us welcome to stay until the rain stopped and even made us a cup of tea.
