The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and informative. We had never purchased a mattress before and she was very helpful.

The overall experience was great, Darren was extremely helpful and knowledgable. This was our first time buying a mattress and he guide us through the whole process, took the results from the machine and tailored the results to our needs and budget whilst keeping social distance and hygiene standards. The store was great, spacious, clean and with a great variety of products but the best part of our experience was the friendly and knowledgable service provided by Darren, he made us feel at ease and happy to have decided going to this store, 5 stars!

Everything went as planned. No concerns atall.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I didn’t feel pressured that they were trying to sell me a bed and instead I felt that I was being helped to find the right bed for me. They were very knowledgeable about the different beds and what would suit my needs. I did the analyser too which helped me understand and feel confident that I was buying the right bed. I have never been to a dreams and if I’m really honest I didn’t think I would want to purchase a bed from dreams. But I was proved wrong and would definitely return in future.
