Overall the team at the crown point branch in Leeds were very knowledgeable, friendly and was prepared to go the extra mile. I had been looking for the right bed/matress for a while and this was the first time I felt satisfied with making a purchase. Darren was very helpful and made the experience personal. (Which when you think about half your life you sleep In a bed It needs to be) he asked for a budget but didn't go straight to closest bed to may budget he tested how we liked each type of mattress and asked our thoughts first then he explained what the difference was . It was good to feel Darren and the team wanted you to leave with the right bed for you and not just a sale. Darren also added different pillows to see how it changed the feel. This was a great idea and actually I left the store purchasing 2 tempur pillows because of this. i would recommend to anyone this branch and this team

Great sales knowledge of the items freindly and not pushy.

The service from the assistant was good, but not over powering. We had the chance to choose what we wanted with out being pressured into something we didn't really want or need. The assistant was helpful and polite and offered us a good deal and the manager price matched the product. The 40 night guarantee offered gave us pease of mind should we change our minds. Over all a pleasant hassle free purchase.

Joe in the Crown Point retail park in Leeds was extremely helpful in checking availability and ordering our goods. He was very polite and friendly and had a good knowledge of the products we were enquiring about. The store was very clean and bright and the selection of products was excellent.

I was looking for a good deal. The salesman was friendly, gave good advice and was not pushy.

Darren spent time asking us questions to ascertain what we wanted/needed and explaining the different products, including pros and cons of each. We were given time to test different mattresses and were not put under pressure to choose one over another. It was almost a pleasure to part with £1000!

It was hard to know what type of mattress and base to buy but Joe talked us through all the options available and the various prices. He took the time to show us and explain the differences until we made our choice. We enjoyed a cup of tea whilst placing our order making the whole experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one.
