Unlike many other stores, I found my shopping experience at Dreams to be a real pleasure and highly satisfied. There was not the usual "hounding" of customers and badgering them to make a deal. I was given plenty of time and support when needed. There was also a genuine desire to give the customer the Dream that they desired and in my case this was achieved in every way. I cannot recommend this Store and Dreams in general to highly. They have a very wide variety of excellent quality products and it is very well laid out to offer a really excellent shopping experience. Well done indeed Dreams.

The staff were very helpful and had good knowledge of all products we were helped straight away which made the experience of buying a bed so much easier thankyou dreams.

The staff at Crown Point in Leeds were very knowledgeable & helpful, as well as being welcoming without being pushy. All in all a very good experience.

We were greeted at the door, asked what we were looking for. The assistant showed us a variety of beds to suit and left us to browse. A short time later we were asked if we wanted a drink and were given a coffee. We chose the bed we liked and were offered a colour swab to choose a base colour. We then went to pay and offered different ways to do so, after we decided the procedure went ahead with no problem and we left feeling very pleased with our purchase.

I think it was Bernard who helped me, he had a lot of knowledge about the beds and he helpped me choose the right bed within the price range I was looking at. I will be recommending family and friends because of the first time experience at dreams and its all down to the range and price and quality of the beds and also Bernard who helped.

We were greeted upon entry, left to browse a little, then when upstairs a lovely man helped us choose a bed frame that was ideal for us. Then explained about the mattresses and told us where to look for the ones matching our budget. He then left us to make a final decision on the frame and joined us again when we came to select the mattress. He was extremely helpful as I have a lot of problems with my joints he showed us all the mattresses that best suit my needs and covered all the budgets. When we chose our final items he took us over to the desks to total it up for payment. We were offered the mattress guarantee that comes with a free mattress protector which we chose to take. He selected us a good day for delivery and explained the process. We were also given a drink each through this which was lovely and unexpected. I believe the person who helped us was called Bernard. We are very pleased with the service he provided and are looking forward to the arrival of our products.

Helen and Paul did all thy could to provide a first class service to meet all my questions and needs (even providing tea and biscuits) You should be extremely proud of them.
