We were assisted very quickly. We weren't put under any pressure to buy the bed insurance, but we're made aware of the product. We bought a bed before Christmas and were remembered by Jav the sales person. We were served by Paul on this occasion, who was as good as Jav had been on our last visit. Paul said that our repeat custom was highly valued by the store and he gave us free pillows and matress protectors. The beds were on special offer and are excellent value. We bought two more of the bed that we bought before Christmas. The bed is fantastic quality and very comfy. I can't recommend dreams enough.

Our sales assistant was very informative about all the products. He was very patient and helped us choose the bed combination that suited us. Overall a superb sales assistant.

Helen was very very helpful and gave us plenty of advice on various mattresses we might be interested in and we never felt forced into buying. We left the store to discuss our options and then went back 1 hour later to purchase and once again Helen was more than helpful and not once did we feel pressurised.

We thought the salesman was fantastic, we went in to bensons for beds before where the staff were rude and disinterested. In dreams Bernard was brilliant, he helped us find a bed and got it into our price range!
