Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

On arrival we were greeted. we recieved help all the way through our order. we had saw free delivery online and we were going to go away to discuss the charge and the CSA helped us by giving us free delivery.

Free & easy parking. friendly & knowledgeable staff who spent lots of time with us even provided coffee and seating whilst ordering. The ordering of our two beds a Kingsize & a single was made easy and a mutal deivery date arranged. The communication was excellent with texts & a telephone call on day of delivery. The two young men who delivered were very courteous & helpful even helped us to get the old beds out as we were struggling to do this as they arrived (we are both in our 70's) so this was much appreciated. Altogether a very pleasant and satisfactory shopping experience and we would certainly recommend Dreams. We love the beds and thanks to everyone for being so nice and helpful to us making our Dreams Sweet.

There was a large range of beds to view in this store. I felt the salesman was very experienced. He was not pushy and responded well to my many questions. His product knowledge was impressive. He guided me to the type of bed that would be best suited to my needs. Everything I needed to know about the product was explained clearly. I also fully understood quickly the overall price and delivery details. I had visited a few other firms recently during my quest to buy a bed and Dreams was the best by far.

Very happy withe price and quality of the single bed I purchased, the shop assistant was very helpful and kind and friendly. I will definitely return to the store at Crown Pointvin Leeds when I want to buy another bed as my overall experience was excellent I was very satisfied.

Helpful staff, but left us alone when we needed to discuss our likes and dislikes. Remembered me from my previous visit . Cup of tea whilst trying beds! Suggested a way to note which beds I liked.

It was a simple visit where all our needs were attended to and considered, demonstrations and information were given, and we bought what we came for and wanted. All in all, a nice time, and we were alot more impressed with the Dreams store than the next-door competitor Bensons, who we found were not on par with yourselves in any aspect. Darren, the colleague who helped us at the Leeds Crown Point store is a credit to the company, and our thanks go to him.
