Hayley, the assistant who served me, was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Hayley was very welcoming & helpful from the minute we walked in to the time we left. She wasn’t pushy but just gave us ideas & advice. We were also offered coffee etc…a nice touch.

Darren was excellent in store (provided great customer care, advice, was knowledgeable and super helpful). He provided alternatives when we requested and remembered us when we came back into store. I would recommend the store to friends and family for sure!

Darren in Leeds was super attentive and really helped me find the right products. He was friendly and had exceptional customer service, offering drinks and staying with me through my indecisiveness and not being able to choose a mattress! I am so impressed with the customer service I will definitely be going back when I need more beds!

Firstly the staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful at Crown Point Leeds. They are a credit to your company. I felt very confident in using the virtual reality demo bed to find my pressure points and to find the correct mattress for me. Some mattresses were a little bit over priced but I feel I got a good deal eventually with the time spent with the staff members available.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The way the store is set out makes it easy to browse without feeling crowded. The displays are well set up and signage easy to read.

From going into the shop we were just waiting a monent while the assistant Darren was seeing to someone else but he said to have a look round and he would be with us in a moment xx we were highly satisfied with the service from going into the shop to going out .Darren took his time to explain everything to my mother who is 91 yrs and gets a bit confused .

We were given full attention and all our questions were answered. The salesman was knowledgeable and met our needs.

We were met by really smartly dressed sales person who asked what we were looking for and helped us choose the right mattress for our needs,she also suggested a pillow,we were pleased with our choice the delivery time is only a week from placing the order. Jude the sales who helped is had excellent customer care and knowledge of the item we wanted,
