Fantastic price on product. Delivery free and came when promised. Product looks great and was simple to build.

We were greeted as we walked in and given some distance by the staff to have a test of the beds and mattresses. We knew if we had a question there was someone close by ready to help. We were looking for a bed frame and a mattress to suit myself and my partners needs, which we found surprisingly quick. As soon as we were ready we was greeted again by Darren and we explained we were ready and was offered hot drinks as we went over the details. Darren was a pleasure from start to finish who explained everything important and made this an easy quick buy for us. Thank you.

Sales assistant's not hounding you!

The sales advisor Claire, helped explain the color coding, then left me to try out beds. Later on when I was deciding between two, she came back and explained the two beds, makes, prices, deals and helped me reach a decision Claire was very open, and took time to understand my needs. Not only did she help me buy new matress, she then helped me out with relevant assessories. With out this help, I wouldn't have been able to decide which matress to purchase and would probably have left the store

Salesperson approached to ask if we needed help. He was friendly and answered all our questions and the order was placed quickly. We received an email confirmation straight away.

Went into store not really knowing what I was looking for. Darren who was working assisted me and showed me all different kinds of mattresses I could but and talked me through each one. He has very good knowledge of everything and made me feel comfortable during my time there. I would highly recommend this store and products.

Darren, the salesman who assisted us in our purchase, understood we had a certain budget as we'd just got engaged a day before. We were looking for a kingsize bed and a matress. He let us choose the bedframes we liked, and went on to show us the differences between each bed, the strength of the frames etc. When he asked us about our matress I told him that, for me, it was a big deal as our current matress gives me back pain - but again we were on a budget. So, he showed us a matress which was crafted by Dreams themselves, kingsize, firm but comfy. The price was still too steep for both of these items, and I think Darren knew this when I was happy with the product but we couldn't afford the items. He gave us five minutes to talk, and I was very surprised (and pleased) that he cut us off halfway through with a calculator in his hand showing us that he'd given us a little bit more than 10% discount approved by his manager. We snapped the product up straight away. We when then offered drinks and Darren kept his happy tempo throughout the transaction. Very pleased. Thank you Dreams. Let's hope the bed lives up to the experience in store when it arrives.
