The assistant was friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable and took into account our requirements before suggesting what we should buy.

I went in and told the advisor what I was looking for and he immediately directed me towards the bed frames I was looking for whilt advising on the quality of the bed

I had taken my daughter who is blind and my four year old grandaughter, the staff were very good in taking care of my daughter making sure she was safe, I never felt rushed, in fact they made me and my daughter a coffee and got my grandaughter some juice.

From the very beginning, my partner and I were very well attended. The floor assistance was incredibly helpful and explained the difference between all the Tempura mattresses exhibited in the room. He quickly gave us pillows and recommended to try as many mattresses as we wanted on our own, although he was always around in case we had any question. This is something that we really appreciated as sometimes it is very uncomfortable to try things with the floor assistance next to you. We had coffee while trying the mattresses and the final purchase. The overall experience was really good and could feel a real effort in selling a good product. That is why my partner and I are highly satisfied with our purchase and our experience at this Dreams store.

Darren was very knowledgable and helpful with the information we required regarding our bed. He explained fully what we would receive from the 8 year cover which we have purchased and we will definaltey go back in the future of we require any other furniture

The lady who took our order, sorry can't remember her name, was really friendly and super efficient. All done in a matter of minutes but nothing left out. Me & my partner went in the store with an idea already in our heads, the colleague showed me the exact mattress that We wanted & when asked for the next mattress up, she showed us. There was no pressure into buying anything. We were left to browse the products.
