We were welcomed into the the store then left to peruse for a short while then Andy asked if we needed any help or assistance, Andy was very knowledgeable and guided us straight to the beds that would suit us.

We had a lot of useful assistance but no pressure and were given our own space to discuss and more around the store.

Got some furniture on clearance at a good price

I had some time pressure due to calling into store over lunch. I was dealt with straight away, shown the item in store and ordered quickly with a thorough explanation of delivery options and expectations.

There was a problem when I turned up the next day to pick up my item. There was a miss understanding. However your members of staff were so helpful and resolved the issue. I would really like to thank them for their help. Very good customer service

we went in with a particular item in mind and how much we wanted to spend, Darren asked us if we would like to look round or needed any assissatance. On explaining what we was looking for he showed us our options without being pushy, he came across very friendly and spoke about the items very knowledgeable, agian he didnt push a sale, we decided to buy the product and agian Darren was helpfull without been in your face.
