Barnard was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. He very quickly worked out exactly what we would be most comfortable with (even though we had very little idea when we first came in!), and was a pleasure to deal with.

Staff all very friendly, helpful nothing was too much trouble but they let you browse at the same time. I can not stand going into a store and the minute you walk in they pounce on you and you have not even seem the products. This does not happen at dreams yes you are made aware that if you need assistance they are there but they do let you look around in your own time. Big thumbs up on that one. You do not feel pressured or that you are been watched as you walk arround. Also very child friendly. My daughter came who is 9 and in other stores Not at a dream stores I have experienced a glare from the staff when entering the store as if to say don't let your daughter on the beds. That to me is not acceptable as she too is a little person and an equal and kids love trying beds and at the end of they day they can normally test the beds better than an adult anyway because they are not bothered about rolling about on a bed and really getting comfy hahahahaha. At dream they really accepted the little people as well as the adults and it makes the mums and dads feel more relaxed and not on edge. WELL DONE DREAM. BIG THUMBS UP FROM ME AND MY DAUGHTER. 👍

We had tried many mattresses proior to going to Dreams. On arrival, Helen directed us to the various colour co-ordinated products realting to the type we requested. There was no hard sell, just a frendly assistant with sound advice on all aspects of purchase including 40 day exchange, insurance and disposal of our old mattress. A price match was offered with sealed the deal. Such a shame we were unable to find a bed frame to our taste as the range was very limited.

We visited straight after looking in Benson's store where we got repeatedly pushed to buy a bed frame despite saying from the off, saying WE ONLY WANT A MATTRESS! Then we were left alone with no further assistance. Pretty useless. I told Darren this when I entered the store, and was pleased to be greeted properly instead of jumped on for a hard sell. He made us a cup of tea, and talked us through the Dreams equivalents that we had hastily jotted down from the competitor's store before running away. He explained the products and how their inner structures work, showed us what we were looking for, gave us some pillows and then left us alone to try out his recommendations. He was always available and really helpful when we had questions. We bought the mattress we liked, which he and his colleague highly recommended for our needs. The sale was easy and clear, and we were especially pleased with the price and that store offers removal of our old mattress on delivery. Darren even threw in some pillows as an upcoming wedding gift. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive! Great service, and I definitely feel like I can come back with any queries without worrying.

The assistan Darren was very attentive without being pushy. I had been worried that I would be pressurised into buying a mattress with which I was not wholly comfortable. Darren however listened to my needs and showed me all the matresses he felt met my requirements, however he did not restrict my options and was patient and even seemed genuinely keen to ensure I bought the mattress best suited to me, I felt had I not been able to reach a decision, that would have not been a problem and I would be welcome to return any time to try again. He also makes a good cup of tea. All in all a good experience, hopefully delivery will be equally problem free.
