I had such a terrible experience at IKEA and the difference in service I received when I visited Dreams and received my delivery is remarkable. You all treated myself and my partner with respect and professionalism and I am very happy. Matt and Tom who delivered the bed were punctual, professional yet really friendly. Thank you so much.

Went to look for a new bed reluctantly. I am currently disabled and not able to climb stairs so coerced by my daughters to buy a new single bed for my lounge. Was served by Darren at Crown Point one Wednesday. He was really thorough, knowledgeable, patient and very very helpful, asked if i'd considered an adjustable bed. Put no pressure on me at all. Returned the following week, tested the adjustable beds, bought one. He even advised I may be eligible for VAT exemption (which I was). We were really impressed with the service we received from Darren and have already told all my family and friends. A credit to your company. I am currently awaiting delivery.

I must say that our assistant Andy was a mind of information, knowing all we needed to know and pointing out things I hadn't even thought of. the mattress we picked seems like it will be perfect. Thank you.
