Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I liked that I was informed about alternative products instore which we comparative rather than an obvious "up - selling" - and the delivery chaps Ben D & Nathan were really friendly!

We were assisted by Saif and he was very friendly, but gave us space to explore the showroom. We had very little knowledge of the type of bed we wanted, so Saif took the time to explain the full range and their differences and recommended certain beds to try. Saif also asked if we would like any refreshments and brought several pillows for us to try, which we ended up buying. Saif also asked a colleague for assistance when he was unsure of something, which we respected.

Walked in knowing exactly what I was wanting and left with exactly that. No pressure to buy something else. The lovely guy who helped gave me lots of info and explained everything well. I haven't yet received my bed as it's coming in four days so I can't comment on the delivery service etc but I'm hoping it will match my overall experience. Easy, knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Claire who served us told us everything about the beds,the price and all the products that we needed to know very quickly, it just rolled off her tongue. Excellent.

Darren was very good, investigated what we were looking for but gave us time to browse and decice

Having shopped at Dreams before we have found that all our purchases have been of good quality so therefore we returned for a third time and where not dissapointed
