Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

My online order had failed to complete. As it happened on a Saturday night the only place to turn was the Leeds branch who were outstanding in helping me out and sorting the issue. Thank you to the lovely ladies in Leeds.

Harley at the Dreams Leeds (Crown Point) was fantastic. She set us on the smart mattress machine, explained what it did, and walked us through the recommended mattresses. My partner and I have very different requirements for mattressess, and Harley was able to find one fairly quickly that worked for both of us. Orders were sorted very efficiently and we had a lovely time at Dreams.

Darren was very knowledgeable and friendly. His explanations relating to the products were excellent. All round a really good experience produced by an excellent salesperson.

I was greeted by Darren. He was an amazing salesperson - he listened to what I wanted and understand that I'm a first home buyer and consequently don't have thousands to be spending at the moment as I am buying everything for my first home. He put me on the mattress machine and then directed me to different mattresses to try, within my budget. His knowledge on the different products was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable, did not push/pressure me in to buying anything. He took his time with me and I felt very valued as a customer. I have visited a couple of mattress shops previously but came to Dreams after parental advice from their previous experience there. This was the best experience by far of any of the shops I'd been to and once I'd decided on a mattress Darren put everything through quickly, clearly explaining everything along the way. Darren was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He provided brilliant guidance and advice and helped me decide on and purchase my first ever mattress. Thank you so much!

Although we were very satisfied with the experience in the store and speed of delivery, we were very disappointed to find, on the day of delivery, the mattress had been reduced by £210 in a flash sale.
