Our assistant Andy was super helpful, after speaking with my partner and I directed us to the types of mattresses he felt we may like which was ideal without being too overbearing or pushy.

Spoke to Bernie in store, his assistance, knowledge and all round customer service was excellent. He listened to my requirements then gave me options and discussed each one in detail, he didn't force any opinions on me and have me time to browse, decide and I returned the next day to place the order. I didn't feel pressured at any stage to purchase. All round good service.
