Our Sales assistant Darren, went above and beyond to assist with our needs and covered all aspects and details that were asked fully, confidently and gave that reasurance one would expect when visiting a reputable chain such as Dreams.

Matt is a great salesman, he new his stuff he took us around the store explaining the pluses and minuses of each mattress and the ones that would most probable suit our needs. He put us under no pressure to buy at any point during our visit and left me and my wife to talk in private for a time which was great. His help and aprouch sold us the mattress.
