The lady that helped us chose our new mattress (Helen) was really knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and charming. She understood perfectly what we needed and explained all the options clearly. She was obviously very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting us the best option and a good night's sleep. We were given as much time as we wanted to try all the various styles of mattress, even had a cup of tea in bed! We were then given a choice of delivery dates to suit ourselves. The whole thing couldn't have been easier.

The staff was very helpful but not over bearing, the deal that was put together for us was very good. The staff took the time to listen about each of our needs. The hospitality was very good with the offer of tea andthe delivery times.

She was very informative and answered all our questions thoroughly and satisfactorily. She encouraged us to try all options before making a decision but was not at all "pushy". We would have no hesitation in returning to this store or recommending it to others.
