Staff were all very friendly, and they asked us questions to be able to narrow down the products that would suit us best.

Darren was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Looking for our first bed was daunting and Darren made the experience so smooth, without pressure and spent time talking us through the options available to us. He started first with the sleep match and then gave us each a suitable pillow to get us testing out beds! We immediately didn't like the memory foam mattresses and he respected this and steered away from these. When placing our order he sat us down to run us through everything and even offered us a drink which was much appreciated on such a hot day! Overall amazing experience with Darren in the Crown Point store in Leeds!!

Products I was after were available to order and delivery time very soon.

I was put on a bed which a monitored my movement & analysis which mattress would be suitable for me. Strange to see my image on the screen as I moved on to my sleep position it felt strange but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful & not pushy & we went to other stores to get the best deal & then back to dreams to purchase. I was very impressed.

Booking the appointment was easy and we had a lot of options available. Once we got to the store we were immediately greeted by Andy who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We started by going to the Sleepmatch machine to find a selection of mattresses tailored for us. After that, Andy showed us around the different mattresses and walked us through each of them. Overall a great experience and great customer service by Andy.

Very helpful staff well informed matched my needs

Andy the assistant who served me was excellent he knew about all the products, took the time to understand my need and helped me with different payment options and worked out different options of finance. Nothing was too much trouble he offered me a drink and did not rush me when I was choosing my mattress. He was excellent and made the purchase/process very enjoyable.

The member of staff who helped me was really friendly and chatty, knew his stuff, was very patient whilst I tried all the beds even though I am super fussy. He gave me a drink and it was a lovely experience.

The staff we're very pleasant and polite and answered any queries on anything I needed. I purchased the mattress that was highly recommended to me and was at a very good price that I could afford. All the information that I needed was available and I was highly satisfied.
