Everything from walking in the door to leaving was a very pleasant experience . As soon as we walk in the door the lady asked us if we needed any help and was very helpful through out our visit from looking at your products to informing us about your products and testing your products to the final purchase of the products and even making us a coffee to make us feel more relaxed .I would like to say the overall experience was great and more so for the lady called Helen and are now thinking of going back next month for our childrens beds to .

Quick and good service in store friendly

Darren the sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product we were looking to buy. He spent time with us helping us to compare prices and products which would better suit our needs. The payment process was very easy and he even helped us out to our car with some of the items we purchased. He was very friendly

We were shown several beds within our budget and choose one. We didn't feel pressured into the sale at all. The ordering process was quick and easy.
