The lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable.She was not pushy,which is important to us.The beds on offer were numerous,and we were very pleased with the one that we finally chose.The whole buying experience was stress free and we would recommend this store to our friends and relatives.

I bought my tempur mattress from crown point Leeds, Andy came across to offer help and advice, what a great guy he was ready to answer any questions, was not pushy, allowed me time to try the different matteras explained the differances I was left to decide which one I would like, Andy went through all the different costs I went in the store for a mattress came home with 2 pillows and ordered a headboard too which surprised Andy I think because I was not targeted as a sale I chose the extra things. I cannot praise this guy enough. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait 16 days for delivery but I was given the to pillows used them last night if the mattress is as good as the pillows I will be so happy and it will be worth every penny. I found the pillow so comfortable and just needed the one but I like the bed to have aesthetic look. Would be great if I got a call to say they can deliver early I am desperate for a good nights sleep ( get rid of the pain I am in🙂

The staff were lovely. Not pushy (we'd just been next door to Bensons and were hounded!) There were 2 assistants that helped us, the main one being Darren. Then the manager, Jude, helpedtoo. Just a great service from start to finish. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, speedy service, but allowing us enough time to browse. I'm on crutches at the minute, and they accommodated my needs very well with that too.

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, we like the fact we can buy and you will store it for us till we require it.

Friendly assistance without any pressure

the system had a fault and the girl could not get round it, she had to ring for help but the person on the other end of the phone was not very helpful . it said I had tow children , but they are 22 and 24 and do not live with me but the system would not move. it then wanted work number but no slot to put it in spent 40 minutes just sat waiting for a screen to refresh.

Friendly assistant, who had good product knowledge not too pushy, but there when needs.

Great service and discounts as I requested, free pillows and duvet

Staff were friendly and welcoming right from entering the store. Store was light and easy to move around. Everything presented very well. Darren was friendly, professional and very helpful.
