eI didn't have much of a clue when I went into the store but the assistant asked the right questions to help me and then suggested a couple of mattresses to try. I can out of the store with just the right item

Easy to understand categories of products. Staff friendly and helpful but not pushy. Good "hold until your ready" for delivery as we are moving house. Free delivery etc.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were particularly patient with my mum who is hard of hearing. We were able to try lots of beds and made to feel comfortable while doing it - we didn't feel embarrassed rolling about on mattresses to see if they could cope with my mum's fitfull sleeping pattern. The staff suggested different types of mattresses and were very good when we said mum got hot at night - suggesting a gel top rather than memory foam w hich we were grateful for.

We were highly satisfied with the staff who dealt with us as they were friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us into any decision regarding which bed we chose. We were offered refreshment during our visit but declined this as we had just had lunch.
