Lovely friendly and caring staff who ensured my Father in a wheelchair was cared for and involved. No pressure, just information and support allowing us to make a decision

Needed special help as husband has cancer and had been rushed to hospital needed old matress removed and new one which had to be flexible as we have a riser fitted to the bed base the lady who served me was lovely and offered me coffee when I became a bit distressed

The sales staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were not too pushy but did make themselves available and were on hand when needed. We were treated as valued customers and the customer service we received was very good. When we did decide on the items we wanted to purchase, everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were given a great deal on the items. Overall, it was a friendly and pleasant experience and we went away happy and feeling satisfied that we had been given a good deal and treated well by the staff and the store manager.

Friendly staff who allowed us time to look around the store without being overbearing.

Bernie at the Crown point store in Leeds was fantastic. He took the time to explain all our options, let's us take our time testing the products. We had our 18 month old daughter and he was also great with her. Best service I have had in a long while. Also the coffee was great!!

We visited your crown point Leeds store on the 28.04.17, found a bed frame that we liked, spoke with Helen decided we would go away and think about, Helen wasn't pushy and gave us a quote for what we wanted and the extras that you provided, so we had all the information we would need to make our decision. We returned to store the following day 29.04.17 having made our decision to buy. When entering the store we were greeted by a gentleman and we explained that we had been in the previous day and had spoken to Helen, he was very kind and went to inform Helen that we had returned. We are very happy that we were not pressured into a sale on the first visit and that the second gentleman was very happy to pass us back to Helen, without trying to push us to buy from him so he got the commission. Brilliant customer service.
