Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Excellent service and attention from Helen Furness from start to finish. She gave us a range of options for mattresses to go with the bed we wanted for my son. My son was able to test a number of mattresses with pillows, Helen advising him to try different positions of how he would lay rather than just sitting on the mattress to test comfort. Helen was also very informative of the cover that could be taken out for protection etc. I was offered a drink and looked after very well. We will be purchasing another bed shortly and won't hesitate to go back. If Helen is in I will be asking for her! Thanks!

We were unsure which product to purchase and were given all the help we required until we reached our decision. Staff were all very friendly and Darren was very helpful indeed.

Helen was very knowledgeable and when we discussed our sleeping patterns. likes, dislikes she was able to point us in the right direction. Very friendly and definitely knows her stuff. We went from thinking a combination mattress was what we needed however after discussing with Helen she suggested we try the pocket sprung and when we felt the difference between them we were pleased to go ahead with the purchase even though the cost was considerably more. We even decided to upgrade our bed frame to a tv frame and went from a king to super. We didn't intend to purchase all of this but once Helen got the deal for us we couldn't say no

The overall service and experience was impeccable. Over a period of three visits to the store both shop assistants were patient, understanding, considerate and professional to my needs.

Found what we were looking at online previous to entering the store and got what we wanted very quickly even though entered during a busy/ towards closing time. Which even after the closing hours the lady even stayed and wasn't in no hurry to kick us out the door, nor the other coupple that also was still waiting after us.

We are very happy with our purchases at dreams crown point leeds! Jude was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about all the TV beds and mattresses. Time seemed no problem to her at all as we arrived at 4.35 and the store closed at 5pm and she stayed behind until we were happy with our final choice of TV bed and mattress, pillows and duvet! Can't wait to have our new bed delivered to our new home! Thanks very much!

The staff did not pester us whilst we were looking at the products available and assisted us immediately when we asked questions

Professional and friendly sales man who took the time to show us round and help us with our purchases despite the fact we arrived with only 30 mins of store opening time left. He did not hurry us and helped us until our order was completed.
