The assistant was very helpful, did not try to persuade us to go over our budget and suggested alternatives. When we disagreed with her selection, she talked us through our choice well and explained things thoroughly. She did not push us overly on the extras available

Andy was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Said hello as we arrived, offered pillows when we were trying the mattress, even offered a tea. Very high standard of service. Only negative about order was lack of flexibility on delivery dates. We are moving into a new property on 1st July and really needed delivery then. Our area is not delivered to on that date and there is zero flexibility to accommodate the request which is disappointing. It would be nice if spending £800 on a product you could have some say on delivery dates.

Darren really helped us through the moment we walked through the door and satisfied our needs with the amount of knowledge he had.

We were very impressed with Andy, the sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Was asked if needed assistance when enter the store but not hovered over when looking when we had chosen the frame wanted was helped quickly and efficiently.

When we arrived we were given time to look around after looking a little confused Jude provided us with assistance. She gave us advise on a selection on mattresses and gave us time to try the mattresses and see which would suit us best. After we had tried these and rather than us jumping in head first and buying the first one we liked, Jude showed us another selection and of mattresses, this time she stayed with us and explained each mattresses and checked my husbands posture while he was laid on the bed. By looking at his posture we have been able to select a mattresses which best suits us. Jude was very knowledgeable.
