Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

I came to the store with my mum and Darren and Helen assisted us right away. We used the sleep test and we’re given bottles of water. We were then shown around the beds. Both Darren and Helen were incredibly helpful, chatty and friendly. We felt at ease and all of our questions were answered.

One if my first times going into a dreams store and looking for a mattress and it was extremely good, A store assistant asked if i needed any help and he guided me over to the sleep match which helped me out loads of trying to find the perfect mattress. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly at the same time and recommend ed which ones the machine said and let me try them all out. I then decided and the purchase was incredibly easy no hassle or anything best and easiest experience I've had.

Good service

I was warmly greeted and offered help by Haley as soon as I entered the store. I was looking for an ottoman bed, and she was very knowledgeable about them and showed me the different options and benefits of each frame. She put me on the mattress machine and advised me on different mattresses and was just very friendly and helpful. When I had made a decision on what frame I wanted, she efficiently sorted my order out and I was even able to get a fast delivery! Her and Darren followed all of the safety guidelines but still managed to make me feel welcome whilst attending to my different needs and questions. Hatley made the process really smooth and I was really grateful for her excellent service.

Me and my partner has the pleasure of dealing with Andy in the Leeds, Crowne point retail store. He was brilliant! He was not pushy, he took the time to answer all of our questions and provided detailed answers too. We were both offered a hot and cold drink and treat with the upmost respect. Andy was brilliant, we secured the bed and mattress we’ve wanted for ages and we would not think twice about using this DREAMS store again, absolute pleasure. Keep up the good work.
