Dreams was the first shop we visited when looking for a mattress, realistically because we knew where the shop is, however we did not need to look further thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Roree at the Crown Point store in Leeds. She was extremely friendly,helpful and knowledgeable about the products,introducing herself and offering tea/coffee, she was very patient and listened to what we wanted then pointed us in the right direction, explaining about the different products. In the end we purchased a mattress she recommended which we would not have tried out as it is listed as medium and we were looking for a firm mattress, but as she suggested this mattress is on the firm side and she was right it proved to be extremely comfortable when tried out in the shop. She explained the try out policy and was extremely efficient when processing our order. We didn't need to 'shop around' well done Roree!

Roree & Darren were both friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience very smooth & pleasant.

The colleague Roree helped me with selecting a bed and mattress, I was not pushed into any sales and it was a nice environment where I did not feel pressured into buying. Roree also gave me lots of advice on the types of mattresses available, delivery and order information and all other questions I had and was really helpful

Andrew was very helpful and not pushy in any way. although the bed we wanted wasn't on the shop floor we saw similar products. Andrew took time to explain what we needed to know about mattresses without us feeling daft

Andy was extremely polite and helpful, he gave us the information we needed and the time alone to discuss things between ourselves. He made us drinks and was not at all pushy and was able to give us all the information about your products that we requested without having to check on things. He clearly has a great knowledge of all the products and is a fabulous representative for your company. He is a shining example of how I wish all sales people I have to deal with would be. If you do any kind of employee rewards related to feedback this man is definitely a great candidate. I couldn't have had a better experience. I am disabled and walk with 2 sticks, he picked up and moved information signs so that I could walk between beds rather than having to walk around them. its not a lot it didn't take him more than a few seconds but he took time and was thoughtful enough to do this. It meant me enduring less pain and so meant the world to me. This helpfulness should be commended.

Very friendly staff , knowledgeable and were in the background if you wanted help but not too pushy . Very good vale for money compared to other retail outlets
