We met Darren in the store who was really friendly and talking about different stuff. I am impressed of his product knowledge, It was nice to family man. He went up and down with us few times. found him a patient with us as we were unsure of may products. he helped us to chose one at last we chose the item and bought it. Great Service.

Andrew who assisted me was extremley knowledgeable and very helpful. On the first visit he allowed us to look around and then approached me and my partner in which we told him what we were looking for. Once a bed was agreed we went home to measure and went back the next day to purchase. We were made to feel comfortable with drinks offered

Upon entering the store I was geeeted with a smile and a warm pleasant manner. I was given the opportunity to look and have an assistant (his name was Darren) answer my questions. I explained my needs and was shown suitable products. I bought a children’s bunk bed and three mattresses (I needed an extra one for a bed) at home. Once I had chosen my products Darren called over another assistant to process my order through the till. She was very nice and the first thing she did was make me a latte. Her name I believe was Roree (apologies if I get that wrong). She walked me through the stages of my order, including all added extra options, delivery, and installation. Whilst doing this Darren collected one mattress for me to take today and offered to help carry this to my vehicle. All in all a very quick and friendly service. If the product is half as good as the team I will be buying all my beds here from now on.
