We found that Helen was very helpful and knowledgable.She explained the different sorts of mattresses available and helped us to choose the best one for our needs, without being at all "pushy". On leaving, we realised that the delivery date had a problem and Helen happily changed this for us.

Left to browse around the store, able to test mattresses. Assistant not far away to answer questions we had, gave plenty information when we asked.

There was no high-pressure sales talk which gave me time to think! I wasn't rushed in any way and all questions were answered fully by the very knowledgeable and helpful manager. There were plenty of opportunities to go over anything I wasn't sure of and to try different beds and mattresses.

We knew roughly what we wanted but wasn't sure which mattress to choose. Andy gave us options to choose the mattress which he felt would best suit as I get sciatica. He also suffered with the same problem so gave me suggestions as to what he felt would be appropriate. We took quite a long time trying several of the mattresses to make sure we made the right decision. Andy provided us with a coffee whilst we did this. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and Andy was there to help out when we needed him.
