Friendly helpful staff. Found just what we were looking for at a good price and free delivery clinched it

We called during the week when it was relatively quiet.We were greeted and offered assistance straight away by friendly and helpful staff.Although we only require a bed base and headboard we were treated with same courtesy as anyone buying the full bed. I noticed another couple took a long time to decide and the staff were very patient and helpful to them as well..We called later to confirm our order and this was dealt with quickly, even offering us tea or coffee whilst the paperwork was done.This was followed up by an online record and delivery was arranged when we required it.

We attended the Leeds store on two occasions and were assisted in our assessment of products by Andy. We were impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent in enabling us to reach a conclusion as to what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Excellent service - we bought both bed frame and mattress, total c. £2,000

There was a great choice of mattresses and the showroom was clean and had great opening hours. The assistance Roree was very helpful without being pushy in any way. She was there when we needed her and was friendly and approachable. We visited the store on two occasions before we made our purchase and were assisted by Roree on both occasions. Always the same when you go the Dreams. My Mother bought her mattress here earlier on this year and so I decided to. There is a great personal touch from all employees and they remembered me from last time. They always have time for you, and they are polite and professional with a 'can do' attitude. Having spent a number of years in the customer service industry, I know good customer service when I see it. Special thanks to Roree, who had a sound knowledge of the products for one so young and and was always willing to help and offer advice. Cheers Roree!
