Very helpful store assistant, who with our measurements, helped to work out what would fit our space reasonably. Listened throughout and didn't attempt to push us into purchases we weren't interested in.

The standard of service & attention to our needs was second to none , we weren't tried to be sold products we didn't need.

The store assistant who dealt with us, Andy, was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable about the products. He listened to what we were looking for and advised us accordingly. He didn't try to sway us one way or the other or force us into products we hadn't mentioned which was such a refreshing change. Very satisfied with the level of service we received. The fast delivery time we have received as well is impressive.

The members of staff were not only proffesional but they were very polite which enhanced the entire shopping experience. All the products were displayed neatly with the prices clearly visible. All queries and issues were listened to attentively and then addressed in great detail. Overall, top notch service.

Staff acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store, they were friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience of purchasing a new mattress enjoyable, we also mentioned we were looking for a new duvet and gave them our requirements which they instantly knew the product we should purchase, they were 100% correct and I'm now loving my new duvet and so is the dog, who normally sleeps on the floor!!!!!
