Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Darren was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with a good understanding of what product I wanted. There was no rush or pressure to buy although I did. Other staff were also helpful particularly Jude. Refreshments were offered. The store was spotless. It was a pleasure to shop at dreams at crown point in Leeds.

All the staff were extremely helpful. My Mum has vascular dementia and was definitely not the easiest of customers. They exhibited a great deal of patience for which I was very grateful. They worked with me to obtain a satisfactory result.

Friendly staff allowed us time to browse the store before instroducing themselves and asking what we wishes to purchase. Describing the different beds and mattresses and which would be suitable for the way we sleep

Helen and Jude were very friendly and made an effort to ensure we had a positive experience whilst choosing our mattresses and pillows.

The assistant who served us was able to fully answer all of my questions. He was knowledgable about the products available and how they could be combined as well as fully versed in the finance options available to us.

He tailored his advice to our budget and took the time to make sure we understood the advantages and disadvantages of the various options. He provided us with pillows and gave us the time to make up our minds without any pressure. He made us feel very comfortable, even getting us brew. Thank you Darren.
