I was extremely happy the Store Manager talked me through the products, she took me to the Dream Bed analysis machine and i got a print out of possible beds. The colleagues were also friendly. Found a bed i wanted and bought a add on Tempura Pillow and cover. A**

As soon as we entered Dreams we were met by a lovely lady who helped us with everything we needed . She was a credit to your company . She helped us with the mattress selection and bed . We used the mattress tester which showed which mattress was best for us . Fantastic experience and would highly recommend Dreams to everyone!!

Excellent service from first entering the store. All needs met and we bought three products...a mattress and two pillows

I was highly satisfied because of the excellent service we received on entering the shop. We were greeted at the door by Darren who listened to what we were looking, he then showed us to sleepmatch to see what we needed also we were offered drinks as it was a very hot day. We then looked at the different products with Darren explaining in detail each one to, we were also offered a pillow to try with the mattress. Once we were happy with one we wanted Darren offered an excellent service helping with the payment service and explaining everything accordingly and accurately. We were both very happy with our purchase and Darren who is probably one the best sales person we have ever dealt with he knew how to provide the best service.
