I WAS GETTING A NEW MATTRESS FOR MY GRANDSON BED THE DREAMS STAFF CALL DARREN PUT MY GRANDSON AT EASY AND TALK HIM THOUGHT EVERTHING BE FOR MY GRANDSON MADE HIS MIND UP TO WHICH HE WAS HAPPY WITH THAT IS WHY I WAS SO HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER I ALSO GOT MY GRANDSON NEW PILLOW AND MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND THE BED COVER PRIMARY ITEM

We were welcomed by staff with the offer of coffee, and we were explained the colour coding for each range of mattresses. Helen the assistant was always available to answer our questions, without being always on our shoulder. When we had decided on our purchase, she was very efficient in explaining all about the service plan, and agreeing a delivery date for our convenience.

We thought the approach was friendly and informative by the person who assisted us and although we said we were happy just looking around to begin with, he continued to provide information without appearing pushy or desperate to make a sale. We were comfortable in his company and this prompted my wife to ask more questions. He qualified all queries very well and we felt we were talking to someone who knew what they were talking about. He encouraged us to 'test drive' the beds and left us alone long enough to experience the products but not too long that we felt abandoned. Andy is a credit to your company and you should be proud that you have staff of a very high calibre.
