Really friendly staff was having a laugh with them while we were trying out the mattresses

We were greeted when we first arrived but given 5mins of browsing before we were approached so didn’t feel jumped up on. Andy was friendly and helpful and gave great advice througt out our visit

From the moment we walked in Andy was very friendly, establishing our needs, while a colleague made us hot drinks. Then showing us a number of options give us the spec and benefits as we tried the matteres and chose the bed style. He also introduced helpful additional items. Very happy with the friendliness and quality of his service.

Darren was fantastic in the dreams store, really helpful had fantastic knowledge in what he was selling. We was offered a hot drink, the hot chocolate was delicious. Order went through really well no problems, we explained what we wanted to Darren he showed us many beds and mattresses which really helped us to make the right decision. Thanks for fantastic service Darren would return to this store and recommend to friends and family.

Very efficient service,knowledge of products answered our questions regarding fitting and delivery very nice salesman and was given a hot drink!

the two officers were very helpful friendly and polite. they had knowledge of the various products and made me fully at ease. thank you for employing such lovely people.

Helen was informative and assisted us through many decisions. We even left for lunch to talk over the decision and was not pressured to make a decision before leaving.

This is the second bed I bought within 12 months due to husband being extremely difficult to please. Service was excellent and staff even remembered us from months ago even down to which bed we bought (a feat in itself as no doubt many many customers buy from you). They never made us feel rushed despite being there some time and were adamant we got the right bed for us and never once felt pressurised. Would never go elsewhere if buying another bed. Even the coffee offered was top notch 😜, thanks so much to Andy and Jude, very friendly team.
