I wasn't harrased when I walked in. This is a big plus for me but as soon as I needed help Jude offered me advice and options. She then left me to make my mind up without feeling pressurized. What a breath of fresh air!

From start to finish the friendliness and knowledge of the staff was very good. The different categories of mattress were explained fully. We were asked if we wanted a warm drink which we declined. Then we were left to sample the various beds on display at our leisure.
