Friendly approachable staff.

From the moment we enter the store, our advisor was very friendly and helped point us to the right product. We were shown several options and given honest advice about which product would be right for us. There was no sense of ‘pushiness’ we were given just the right amount of advice and help with making our decisions. The tempur pillows were the big selling point as using them on each mattress test run really helped us to compare the comfort quality of each bed.

We visited many bed stores - Dreams was by far the superior store both in terms of the products available and it’s knowledgeable staff. The staff at this store knew everything about every bed and were also great at helping us find a suitable mattress - something not demonstrated by rival stores. Another great plus to our shopping experience was that staff were available for all questions wherever you were in the store but didn’t overstep the mark by becoming hard sell salesmen. When we were ready to engage in a purchase - in depth advice re bed cover etc was given at that point which I feel is much better than been bombarded with that before you’ve even decided on a bed. The transaction was smooth and stressless and the two salesmen we dealt with were efficient and professional but had great personality and it was a pleasure to relax, have a cup of tea and have them sort our new purchase.

Excellent service from Jude. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product but wasn't pushy or chasing you round the store trying to get a sale which is what I hate in other stores. She also gave plenty of time to consider which bed to buy and I ended up buying some additional products that I hadn't considered would help for a comfortable sleep e.g. Tempur pillow and mattress protector. She also threw in a pillow cover for free which was a really nice touch as I wasn't expecting it. The only thing that would have made it better was a quicker delivery but my product is made for each customer so I can't really complain as its still going to be delivered in less than month. I'd definitely recommend Dreams for a complete easy of purchase as to be honest I'd walked into the store thinking I don't want to waste half an evening organising all the paperwork/sale - it was very quick and easy.

We had a really good experience from all staff but particularly Darren. The whole experience was excellent and they were accessible in every way for my disabled partner.

The sales assistance was lovely - helpful - but not pressured. What I liked the most is that we were able to browse and not feel pounced upon

From the moment we walked into the store at Crown Point Leeds, Helen smiled and said good morning so I felt at ease and asked her about the Hypnos Milford Mattress, We tried it out and a few others. We were offered a drink whilst we looked around and a pillow to use she trying out the various mattresses. So from start t finish it was a first class service with a smile.
