Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

We were highly surprised to find the person called Darren met us at the door and made us very welcome and offered us a drink,then took us round the store and showed us with all his knowledge everything he had in the store and finally we decided to purchase a mattress which is what we went in for,we did not need to visit any other stores our minds were made up after listening to him speak

Great welcome to the store, Darren was very knowledgable about the products and suggested a range of mattresses for me even getting a pillow so I could try them properly

Friendly staff. Did not pressure you into buying anything. Was informative and then left us to shop

Andy is your star salesman who knew the ins and outs of the beds and mattresses and had immense product knowledge. We had taken our son and to my surprise Andy looked after him and made sure he wouldn't go down the stairs while we tested the beds out. The entire staff were very smiley and friendly which made the customer experience execellent. I will be buying my next set of beds from Dreams in the short term future. ustomer experience

The layout and presentation of the store was very good. The range and quality of products exceeded our expectation and most importantly the attention, assistance and overall service from Andy was excellent!! Very Happy indeed

The assistance we received from Mohammed (Crown Point Leeds) was excellent and we bought a product we were happy with at a price we were happy with.

Roree took care of everything we needed. She wasn't too pushy but was there whenever we needed her. The other staff were happy and friendly and made us more at ease than the guys at the Oak Bed shop who pounced on us and lingered way too long. We'll done xx

The assistant manager was extremely helpful and very informative on all the products he gave us all his attention and time he was very chatty he made the experience extremely pleasant and comfortable would definitely recommend it to any of our family &a friends well done dreams on your excellent staff much appreciated.deborah karran.
