Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

Andy was very friendly and approachable with no hard sell. He advised us clearly which mattress was the best after listening to our list of wants. He was very down to earth and if I was to recommend ‘Dreams’ I would also recommend they go to Andy.

From the moment my husband and I stepped in to the showroom of Dreams at Crowm Point in Leeds untill we walked out some considerable time later having made our purchase of a mattress, we were very satisfied. This is our second large purchase from Dreams. Some time ago after having an extension to our house, we purchased the whole bed, frame, mattress and bedding. Despite looking around at other places, we returned to Dreams. We had a little more idea of what we were and weren't looking for. Darren, the assistant manager was attentive,polite and very knowledgeable about the products,but not all over us to buy. His enthusiasm and knowledge over many years of selling and dealing with the public was very apparent. My husband had also been in the same line of business ans both shared interesting stories. We felt well looked after without being forced to buy something. Well done!!

The right amount of attention by the assistance and quick and easy payment and paperwork process which meant once we had selected our products the payment process was quick and hassle free.

There was no waiting we were asked if we wanted a drink and received advice on what we were looking for.

Andy the salesperson was nice and friendly and was very patient with us explaining the different products

Dream colleague Darren was very helpful and spent time finding products for me to try out. I never felt rushed into making my decision.

THE STAFF AT WERE GREAT AT DREAMS, CROWN POINT, LEEDS, ANDREW WAS OUR ASSISTANT ( NOT PUSHY ) ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, WE GOT A GREAT DEAL AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY, I WOULD SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMEND TO FAMILY& FRIENDS WELL DONE DREAMS;;; REGARDS BARRY SMITH.
