The woman that helped us was amazing (Hayley.) She took the time to understand what we wanted.

Online website made it easy to have an idea of what I wanted.

The person who was assisting us was very helpful and guided us completely through the process so that we could find exactly what we were looking for.

I made two calls to Dreams. The first was to discuss the most appropriate mattress for me. The second was to place an order. The people I spoke to were knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful.

Andy was fantastic from beginning to end, very friendly providing his insight and assistance at exactly the right time while offering the space to reach a decision on the purchase for us.

The sales representative was highly knowledgeable, friendly and informative.

Initially talked with a guy called Dwayne who was very helpful then when rang again the lady was very efficient in booking my delivery

hayley and Darren extremely helpful and professional. hayley assessed our needs and advised us accordingly. nothing was too much trouble for her. darren gave us bottles of water as it was hot and offered great service.

Darren was absolutely amazing to be honest I went into dreams just to browse as I thought there was no way I would be able to afford such a quality mattress despite me needing one. Darren never judged the fact that I didn't have a big budget and invited me to the sleep machine which was just brilliant as it is a mine field knowing which one to choose but this really helped and he brought myself my son and my mum who I was with bottles of water and socially distanced at all times. I never expected such a high level of service I even told Darren that I didn't have a huge budget but that didn't stop the high level of service I received I was blown away. I told him I slept on my side so he gave me a side sleeping pillow to try on each bed. I ended up buying an ex display mattress and I am so pleased that I have been able to afford a dreams bed and Darren just was amazing I'm so pleased he definitely deserves to be recognised for his outstanding customer service and he was so non judgemental I am going through a divorce so money is really tight but Darren really made me feel so good about buying an ex display mattress I mean nobody has actually slept on it

The staff member was very helpful in understanding our needs. Showed us many options and left it upto us to make a decision. He was very friendly and down to earth and was not pushy at all. Overall a great experience and made us feel very comfortable.
