Dreams - Leeds Crown Point

During payment my card was charged then voided and recharged again. At the time this wasn’t an issue. However now after I have checked my online banking the original charge that was voided is still sat pending in my account. I know that this will be released at some point but can take up to 7 days. This charge is for £318 which to my family is a lot of money. We have been saving up to buy these beds for our children and now my remaining money that is used to buy essentials for my family is sat pending and I m unable to access it

I had previously visited the store on two occasions as I was looking to purchase a bed for my daughter, your colleague Darren on all three occasions was very informative he also remembered my previous visits and interacted with my 12 year old daughter brilliantly. The young man was very helpful and with another assistant moved mattresses for us to try on other bases. Plenty of beds to choose from which was helpful.

Approached by Jude store manager very friendly not pushy explained what we were looking for she explained everything to us information we were looking for then Darren took over very pleasant showed us mattresses and explained what each one was. Excellent customer service by both and we did make our purchase
