The correct amount of assistance. The salesman helped when needed but also allowed plenty of time to make a decision without being pushy.

The store was very clean and welcoming,the manager was very knowledgable and her young assistant was very helpful in helping us to make our choice after our choice she then confered with her manager to make sure the information that she passed on was correct. We were offered drinks while we waited not their fault the computer system was experiencing problems so after making our choice we went farther into the retail park. All in all quite a nice experience and then we returned to collect our purchase . Thank you Dreams at Crown Point retail park.

Very polite salesman and very helpful

I'm a person who takes their time to make a decision on a big purchase, deciding which one. I was served by Jude, from the Leeds crown point store, she was friendly, helpful and patient; she didn't try to push the sale too much, I think some people do when trying to sell, which can be uncomfortable. I was given all the information i needed and was made to be very comfortable. I ended up having to decide between a dreams mattress and a very similar one from a competitor next door. Jude made sure I got the best deal and made setting up my order and delivery very easy. Thank you.

There was a wide variety of products available and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I returned to the store on the second day and the store manager finished the sale but - I was pleased to see - made a note of the person who helped me on the first day so that the original salesperson received the commission from the sale.

Assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and showed me different options within my price range and slightly above but did not try to push for a higher price sale .
