No pressure from sales people..left to look around .salesperson very helpful when needed..

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED BY MO, AT DREAMS CROWN POINT HUNSLET LEEDS, HE GAVE SUCH GOOD SERVICE, SO HELPFUL IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY 100% TO HIM!!!

As we went into the store we were greeted by a salesman who was so pleasant. As we needed his expert help and advicè. He escorted us to his desk where he asked what we were looking for. We explained that we we looking for a sopha bed and he brought up quite a few for us to check out and then took us across the showroom to see another similar to the one we were looking at on his computer. He demonstrated how it turns into a bed he was really very patient with us and then when the demonstration was over he asked if we would like any teas/ coffees. This young man was so attentive all the time. This young man was called Añdrew (Andy). I must say that he is a great asset to your workforce and deserves to be recognised.

I felt that the assistance we were offered was excellent. Andy was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without pressuring us into buying. He answered all our questions and made suggestions to meet our requirements. He made us drinks, entertained our daughter and ensured I had a suitable pillow for trying the beds with. We could not have asked for better service.

The service we received was good, the assistant was very helpful and provided a good service. We were slightly disappointed to hear that one of the pieces of furniture would take six weeks to arrive but happy that two pieces would arrive within a week. The store was very clean and when my grandson needed the toilet we were guided to a very clean bathroom which is unusual in large stores not really geared up for children. I would probably have more to say once the furniture arrives as the bed we ordered earlier in the year was slightly damaged and as we needed to use it straight away we could not return it. We returned to the store to buy two bedside cabinets to match the bed to hide the damage!
